Looking For Caribbean Beach Weddings

Caribbean Beach Wedding

Getting married in your home town is no longer the only option available these days as increasing numbers of couples choose to travel to beautiful locations to say their vows. Even though America has a large number of spectacular beaches, it is also true for them as well. They too are now looking farther a field and considering a Caribbean beach wedding instead. It is not that their own beaches are poor but rather because those found in the Caribbean are just so spectacular.

There is also the wonderful climate found among the Caribbean islands which is suitable for a wedding all year long making it often more convenient to arrange than a ‘home grown’ affair. Most importantly, many of these islands today realize the rising demand and the attraction which the islands hold with couples who would like to unite as husband and wife amidst their loved ones on a magnificently romantic spotless white beach with the clear, azure blue sky on top. To improve upon this further, some ‘all-inclusive’ resorts are now able to offer a Caribbean beach wedding at no extra charge as part of the package. So this provides them with the convenience of having their wedding and their honeymoon at the same location.

Another benefit is that most of these resorts will also have provision for weddings where the couple would prefer a little privacy away from other guests but not outside the complex itself. However, if you are considering having a Caribbean beach wedding you will need to find out what the legal requirements are for the location where yours will be taking place. To ensure it all runs smoothly, you would be wise to find out what legal matters need to be attended to well in advance of your travel date.

Most countries and islands will have their own laws and often a couple will have to wait a set number of days before they can wed but a local wedding license is also required too. Be prepared to pay anything up to 300 dollars for the wedding license (depending on the venue) but they can be as low as 50 dollars - bear this in mind. Another critical point to remember is that the couple should be familiar with all the passport regulations and must carry valid passports before they take the flight to the Caribbean beach wedding. If your passport is out of date or there is another problem with it you could easily be turned away at the airport.
